2020 Annual General Meeting REMINDER

The relevant documents for our AGM on Thursday 19th at 4 pm are now available on our website.

Arrangements have been made for those who cannot access the meeting by Zoom to attend elsewhere. Please advise if you wish to participate this way so that appropriate seating can be arranged. Please arrive ten minutes before the start time of 4 pm to ensure an orderly commencement to procedures.

Both members and friends are welcome at the meeting, especially for the discussion of issues and concerns – new minds are always desirable. Obviously, only members can vote. The current membership fee is $35 pa. Payments may be made via the Internet to:
